Abstract

The invention relates to a picture taking and grabbing mechanism. The picture taking and grabbing mechanism comprises an X-axis mechanism, Y-axis mechanisms and a picture taking and grabbing assembly. The X-axis mechanism is arranged on the Y-axis mechanisms. The picture taking and grabbing assembly is arranged on the X-axis mechanism. The picture taking and grabbing assembly is moved to required positions in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction through the X-axis mechanism and the Y-axis mechanisms respectively. A Z-axis motor of the picture taking and grabbing assembly drives a CCD sliding base to slide along a Z-axis linear module so that a CCD can finally move to a standard operation position to conduct picture taking and alignment on the assembling position. A lifting cylinder can drive a clamping jaw cylinder fixing plate to move so that a clamping jaw cylinder can drive a clamping jaw to move to the grabbing position and grab products. The problem that the grabbing effect is poor when products are directly grabbed without being accurately positioned is solved, picture taking and alignment can be conducted on the position where assembling is to be conducted, deviation between products and the position where assembling is to be conducted is supplemented and corrected, and therefore products are accurately positioned.
本发明涉及一种拍照抓取机构,包括X轴机构、Y轴机构和拍照抓取组件,所述X轴机构安装在Y轴机构上,所述拍照抓取组件安装在X轴机构上;本发明X轴机构、Y轴机构分别将拍照抓取组件在X轴方向、Y轴方向移动到所需要的位置,拍照抓取组件的Z轴电机驱动带动CCD滑座沿着Z轴线性模组滑动,最终使CCD运动到标准作业位置进行拍照对位组装位置,升降气缸驱动可带动夹爪气缸固定板移动,从而使夹爪气缸带动夹爪运动到抓取位置,进行抓取产品,解决直接抓取产品时定位不准确引起的抓取效果差的问题,能够先拍照对位待组装位置,补正产品与待组装位置偏差,从而精确定位产品。
